With warmer weather quickly settling in it’s important to stay well hydrated. Here are a few easy ways to get creative with your water for further sipping pleasure!
1) Detox Drink: Squeeze in some fresh lemon, a few drops (or a pinch dried) cayenne, and a small spoonful of raw local honey. Mix well.
2) Fruity Cooler: Stir in small spoonful of concentrated cherry or other fruit juice to add a subtle sweet taste full of antioxidant benefits without the sugar overload.
3) Herbal Waters: Submerge freshly cut sage and/or rosemary for a delicious and healthy herbal infusion.
As always, I recommend using all organic ingredients. Enjoy these drinks as a supplement to or in addition to the pure clean water you normally drink.
