When I look out over these ancient mountains I wonder how they looked hundreds, thousands of years ago. I wonder what creatures roamed among these trees, what souls called this land home.

I picture Native Americans stealing through the woods in their soft moccasins. Joseph said a lot of the trails/roads in the mountains were made over the old Native American trails
