The Grove Arcade is an iconic historic building in the heart of downtown Asheville, NC.
First opened in 1929, it’s now the home to a variety of boutique shops.
I like passing by just to admire the architecture.
My favorite place to stop in is the Battery Park Book Exchange and Champagne Bar.
my 4 top reasons to love this place (in no particular order):
1 – they serve champagne
2 – they have thousands of books
3 – you can sip champagne while perusing those thousands of books!
4 – they allow dogs
Needless to say, if you’re a champagne/book/animal lover like me, it’s quite easy to get lost there for a few hours!
