Lemon juice helps naturally remove stains and gradually whiten your nails. Making this simple lemon juice soak is an easy and fun way to use up those lemons you’ve been meaning to use in the bottom of your fruit basket and help turn weak discolored nails into ones you’ll no longer need to hide behind polish.

Lemon Juice Soak

1) Squeeze juice of 1 lemon into glass or ceramic bowl.
2) Soak nails for a 1-5 minutes, allowing the natural acidity of the lemon juice work its magic.  (Note: If you feel the lemon juice is too strong on its own you can dilute it with a little water.)
3) Rinse and wash hands. We recommend using olive oil soap because it’s the most gentle.
4) Replenish moisture by rubbing in cuticle cream or oil onto your nails and fingertips.

You can try this a few days in a row at first to jump start your nail whitening efforts, then scale down to maybe once a week for maintenance or as often as needed.

Enjoy your bright and luminous nails!
