Add a tiny braid to mix up plain locks, add texture, or simply embrace your playful side.
With my hair parted down the middle, I take a little section from the front and make a tiny braid, securing it with a small rubber band.
Wearing my hair like this reminds me of a road trip I took to New Orleans a couple years ago, when my traveling partner was at the wheel and I got to play with my hair in the passenger seat, making a tiny braid just like this one.
You can wear the braid for just an evening or keep it in for several days or longer, which I usually do. And when you do eventually take it out, you can rock that gorgeous Barbie-esque crimped section left behind from the braid too!
I wish I knew how to braid, then I’d do cool stuff like this to my hair!
Do you know how to make a “regular” braid? That’s all that this one is. I don’t know how to French braid or do any other kinds of cool fancy braids, but I wish that I did!
Slicked back bun, tiny braid–both so cute! Can’t wait to see the next “do”!
thanks! I’m open to suggestions/ideas!
