It’s true, driving on the back roads through the Bible Belt there’s no shortage of churches scattering the periphery. At times laughable, occasionally inspirational, their signs show us a hint of the ideologies preached about inside. One day while driving recently there was one in front of me: “What if you see God today?” it asked me. And I thought, “wow, what if.” Afterall, God is me, and God is you and God is All That Is. God is in every one of us. Now maybe some of those churchgoers would have disagreed with me, but that’s what I took away from it. And to be reminded that I could see God in all things and beings was a beautiful reminder that morning.
Beautiful, Lia! : )
That is a beautiful reminder. Makes one want to be a better person, doesn’t it? To try somehow to be worthy of the beauty and magic all around us (even tho we can’t be, still want to try)
Why couldn’t we be worthy of the beauty? You don’t think we are?
